Byron Wolfe Tri-County Charitable Foundation was created by Mrs. Margaret Wolfe in memory of her husband Byron, who was known as a generous and caring individual in the Tri-County region. His legacy of generosity will now continue with the establishment of the W. Byron Wolfe Charitable Trust with a donation of $300,000 by his widow, Margaret Wolfe.

• <H3>    This trust is designed to help three area community outreach programs by creating a fund that will be in place for many years and hopefully grow to provide a sizable portion of their operating revenue. These specific organizations: The Ark, Grace Clinic and Tri-County Christian Crisis Ministries will benefit greatly from this donation by the Wolfe family.

• <H3>    This generous donation is not intended to take the place of current funding by individual donations, but rather provide a source and inspiration for others to also give in a similar fashion to provide a continuing stream of operating revenue for these charities. The foundation has a local board of directors as well as a financial adviser to manage the fund and encourage others to donate to the endowment as well.
